Adopted FY 2023 Unified Planning Work Program ("UPWP")
On June 2, 2022, the Salisbury-Wicomico Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Council unanimously approved Resolution 02-2022 adopting the FY 2023 Unified Planning Work Program.

2019 Long Transportation Plan, Connect 2050 ("Plan")
On December 5, 2022, the S/WMPO unanimously approved Resolution 03-2022, adopting proposed Plan amendments to Appendix F, Fiscally Constrained Project listing. Click here to view the amended Plan.
Adopted FY 2023 - FY 2026 Transportation Improvement Program ("TIP")
On March 16, 2023, the SWMPO processed an Administrative Modification (“AM”) to the adopted FY 2023 – FY 2026 TIP. The DelDOT requested AM added “Delaware Climate Challenge” to the Statewide Projects Listing (Page 36). The $390,000.00 allocation is split funded program (80% Federal and 20% State), which the Federal obligation will occur in FY 2023 and the State match will be funded from the Engineering and Contingency Program.
